This practice will try to generate interesting questions and reflections, emerging thematics and topics that can lead towards an evolution of the relation between social and individual identities, and their interfacing with reality and imagination. Activities: 1_ Technical and cultural consulting and service providing in the field of new media, design, film, video and software. 2_ Distribution of original art works authored by the firm Xname. This includes exhibiting, performing, displaying, renting and selling artistic work, digital and physical artistic objects and commodities originally created in order to express a personal artistic and aesthetic perspective and a peculiar content. Such production is intended to be of interest for collectors, musea, festivals, institutions, schools and other private or public entities or personae. 3_ Teaching, lecturing, moderating, conferencing on different fields of competence, interest and research. 4_ Editing and curating festivals, art exhibitions, magazines, catalogues, collections, events, happenings and workshops, within the real and the digital world. 5_ Writing text. This term includes art writing and projects descriptions, aesthetics and poetics statements, any theoretical speculation, any type of research or technical achievement or idea, different types of essay, manuals and instructions finalised at spreading specific knowledge and competence. Text is also intended as fiction, literature, poetry, narrative story-telling, blogging, and any other occurring experimental text based practice, be this generated by personal initiative or committed by third part. 6_ Inventing, ideating, designing, writing, maintaining and developing open source software, be software intended either as a useful, functioning, and practical tool, or as an abstract, symbolic and conceptual instrument.
